Special shout out to the 14 parents, staff, volunteers and board members who showed up Sunday to Paint the Playground and install new upgrades such as swings, buddy benches and tunnel slide (thanks to Mr. Brodbeck to installing it). They painted the equipment, asphalt and basketball hoops to give our playground a much needed facelift. Best quote of the day from a very excited kindergarten student...."Dr. Bitner the playground turned blue....all of it!!!" Thank you to everyone for your support, sweat equity and love of our school and kids.
There is more to come in the near future! All of these improvements have been made possible by grant funds.
